     Ever wonder how to make coffee creamer? Why spend so much of money buying coffee creamer from the store? Why not make your own coffee creamer? Homemade coffee creamer is easy to make. The coffee creamer is also exceptionally delicious and healthy. No more worrying about artificial ingredients in coffee creamer or highly processed coffee creamer. You can even use organic ingredients in your coffee creamer. Use the coffee creamer in your coffee or tea or even with some cocoa powder for chocolate milk!

Coffee Creamer Recipe

It is my suggestion that you use organic ingredients if you can.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups evaproated milk (I use Meyenberg goat milk powder, just use twice the amount of powder as you would for making milk)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

     Heat sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla on stove top until sugar dissolves. Do not let mixture boil. Once the sugar has dissolved, remove from heat. Pour in the evaporated milk. store unused portion in the refridgerator. I hope you enjoy this, I sure do.
