The Holy Bible King James Version, in my opinion is the best and most accurate version of the Bible available in the English language. I have heard scoffers speak about contradictions in the Bible and upon my research have found that there is some truth to it if you are not using the Holy Bible King James Version. It is also my understanding that you can not get a copyright on a different version unless it is at least 10% different than the origional text. Maybe this will explain why some versions remove some of the text out of the Bible, such as; Act 8:37 KJV "And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God." If you are using the NIV Bible you may notice that this is not there or it is in a footnote. Does this seem like an unimportant piece of information to you? I believe that it is an important statement and that it should not be removed. I have questioned several people about this and one of the responses was that the NIV was translated using older documents which made it more accurate. This answer really bothers me, are all older documents more accurate? If older documents are more accurate then why are the dictionary's of today, which have a lot more definitions being use instead of using a copy of an older dictionary? Here is another good reason to get this Holy Bible King James Version; you don't need an exhaustive concordance. You can use your computer's find feature in your text editor to search for what ever term you would like. My computer flips the pages a whole lot faster than my fingers can through my Strong's and then through my Bible. If you do not have an exhaustive concordance of the Bible, trust me, you will have to look around a whole lot to find one at a better price than this. I do enjoy using the concordance to find passages related to a specific topic, and this one is a lot faster to use. You can also edit this one to suit your preferences, some research has suggested that reading from a black and white text may not be the best for your eyes. A light colored background may actually help you to retain the information that you have just read, better.
